Occupational Therapist
Giovanni (Gio) Arcuri is a bilingual Occupational Therapist registered with L'Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec.
Gio has significant experience in inclusive care and healthcare systems and uses a person-centered approach in his practice. Welcome to all, Gio can help you with a number of life challenges or even help you advocate for environmental or systemic barriers impacting your functioning.
A proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Gio can help guide persons with functional difficulties, including difficulties due to physical or mental health conditions whether acute or chronic.
Gio also has specific expertise in feeding and swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) as well as helping families of persons experiencing functional decline.

Simona Manescu, PhD, Neuro/Psychology, (she/her)
Neuropsychologist
Simona is a bilingual neuropsychologist and a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec.
She has developed expertise in assessing neurodivergent profiles in adults, including ADHD, giftedness, twice-exceptionality, and dyslexia. She is also sensitive to the complexities of assessing individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, providing insightful and comprehensive evaluations tailored to each person's specific needs.
Aranya Pakavathsingham, Crim., (She/Her)
Psychosocial Case Manager
Aranya is a bilingual Psychosocial Case Manager and Criminologist who has been a member of the Professional Order of Criminologists of Quebec (OPCQ) for over 10 years.
She brings extensive experience in addressing complex psychosocial issues with various vulnerable individuals from diverse communities, including marginalized youth, First Nations, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities or neurodivergence, and the elderly.
With years of practice, Aranya has developed an empathetic, humanistic intervention style aimed at empowering clients and fostering confidence on their healing journey. She prioritizes treating her clients as human beings first and foremost, placing respect at the core of her interventions to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Dedicated and engaged, Aranya works closely with clients to help them find the right tools, achieve their goals, and develop tailored solutions to their challenges.
Olivia Ruffolo, BSW, (she/her)
Social Worker
Olivia is a bilingual Social Worker with diverse experience supporting individuals through a variety of life circumstances. Olivia comes with a background in criminology and has previously worked in disability case management, crisis intervention and supporting individuals who have been victims of a crime .
In addition to working at Clinique de santé inclusive Vivago, Olivia also works at the Montreal General Hospital and has vast experience in helping individuals navigate the Quebec healthcare system.
Martine Gauthier, M.A. Soc. Sc., (she/her)
Professional Goal Centric Certified Coach (PGCC)
Martine is a professional goal-centric certified coach and end of life/grief
and loss companion. She accompanies clients in directing their life stories
by supporting transitions - from discovering self and purpose to finding
motivation for change; grieving and making sense of personal or
professional losses; to the end-of-life process including legacy building for
individuals and loved ones.
With an interest in both individual and group coaching, she draws from her
graduate studies in communications, anthropology and sociology as well as
her certification as a yoga instructor and is influenced by her early
experiences as a high school dropout and teen-age mother. By focusing on
present and future states and using somatic experiences, Martine partners
with clients to make sense of what they are experiencing and assists them
in removing blocks to realize their goals.
Martine’s work as a coaching companion is grounded in the belief that
everyone has the capacity to live their better selves – no matter their age or
situation.
Francesca Arcuri, B.Ed., (she/her)
Educator
Francesca is a bilingual educator having received her bachelors at McGill University in Education. She has extensive experience teaching a vast amount of subjects including English, History, Exam Preparation and English as a Second Language to all age groups. Her experience expands to the elementary, high school and adult level.
Anne-Pascale Ménard, OT, MSc, (she/her)
Occupational Therapist
With over a decade of experience in occupational therapy, Anne-Pascale Ménard is passionately committed to enhancing individual well-being through the application of the science of "doing."
As the visionary co-founder of Cedulify, her unique approach weaves together mental health, community intervention, and occupational therapy to empower people facing the complexities of modern life.
Drawing from her rich background and personal journey as a mom, entrepreneur, and healthcare professional, Anne-Pascale designs tools & wellness workshops that offer actionable strategies for resilience, self-affirmation, meaningful engagement, and life balance.
Katherine Savignac, B.A., (she/her)
Sexologist and Psychosocial Consultant
Katherine is a bilingual Sexologist and Psychosocial Consultant and a member of l’Ordre professionnel des sexologues du Québec. She holds a bachelor's degree in sexology as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology and can help clients with general mental health as well as sexual, gender and reproductive wellness.
Her academic journey has allowed her to work with individuals facing issues related to perinatality and the transition to parenthood. She is also interested in relationship and intimacy difficulties, variations in sexual desire, reproductive health, mental health, neurodiversity, and the challenges faced by the 2SLGBTQIA+community.
Using an intersectional and trauma-informed approach, Katherine creates a judgment-free space centered on the client's experience. Through her interventions, she aims to support her clients towards a more fulfilling sexuality.
Vivian Papazian, OT, MSc, (she/her)
Occupational Therapist
Vivian is a bilingual Occupational Therapist with expertise in in-home assessments, acute-care, rehabilitation and community care.
Vivian works with diverse age groups and has a particular expertise supporting elderly clients who would like to optimize their living situation through adaptations or remedial interventions in order to prevent further decline, stabilize current functioning and/or improve their engagement in activities of daily living, including instrumental activities of daily living.
Sasha Elbaz, PhD(c)/PsyD(c), (he/him)
Corporate and Organizational Wellness Consultant
Sasha is a doctoral candidate in psychology (Ph.D./Psy.D.) at the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is specializing in work, organizational as well as clinical psychology.
Sasha is interested in inter-personal relationships and the complex interplay between people's professional and personal spheres of life. His academic path is motivated by a sustained passion for guiding individuals in their transformative quest for personal growth and self-actualization, ultimately helping them realize their full potential.
Sasha is an active scientific communicator. He seeks to bridge the gap between research and practice by providing clients with actionable insights. Not only has he immersed himself in the world of research, but he has also made a significant impact through his contributions. To date, Sasha has authored and co-authored more than eight scientific articles, published in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, he has shared his ideas and findings through presentations at various provincial, national and international conferences.

Bianca is a bilingual member of the clinic with multiple roles. She has a degree in business with a focus in management and finance but has always had a passion for creativity and marketing with experience in promoting new businesses. As a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, she is dedicated to promoting an inclusive and diverse space.
